I do line-art i can color it in photoshop. 3nodding
I can do just about any character, from mangas and shows, ocs, and avatars.

Chibi=800g
Whole=1k
Weapon/accessory(Sword,Staff,Whip,Handheld)+30g

Will depend, please contact me. It will be anywhere from 1k-3k depending on the level of difficulty.
