Miri Brynn FairyDance is the daughter of an odd couple. Her mother is the infamous Momma FairyDance, a large, lumbering, lording woman who is known to strike fear into the hearts of common men and girls alike, and who raises her children, Miri and her older brother, Terri, with a firm and powerful hand. Her father is the esteemed Lucidi Fairydance, a powerful magician and strong political leader. Because of his high rank, he is often away from home, leaving Momma FairyDance to raise the family alone. After discovering that she could have no more children -she had mysteriously gone barren- Momma FairyDance began adopting homeless children from all over Gaia, claiming that it was her place in life to provide a comfortable home for all children she could.
Kendi
Kendi was adopted by the FairyDance family from the Tahnee Orphanage, or rather,
he adopted them. Miri in particular. The six-inch sprite follows the young woman wherever she goes, and they are inseperable. He doesn't speak English at all, communicating in chirps and similar noises, but Miri can somehow understand him. Besides Lucidi, she is the only person who can accurately translate for him.
