Welcome to Nurai's Resisting Arrest!

Nurai is a poor, poor soul that has been captured by the mean ole hag, Relin, in order to do her accounting. My Policies:
I draw tasteful avi and OC art for Gaians. I have the right to turn down commissions I feel I will not be able to do or would rather not do. I have trouble with animals, "buff" males and absolutely cannot do mecha. I am here to provide these services for Gaians who request my art style and therefore, I retain the right to use my style to adapt a request, informing the Gaian involved. I may take as long as I need on a request; the more expensive, the longer it will take. I do not need to give any Gaian a Gold Star for bumping or being nice, I choose to when I feel I am able to do so. Also, I can change the price in accordance with difficulty of a request.

NOTE: ONLY PM/TRADE Relin for personal donations, replies to a PM, and questions not answered after 3 days in the thread. Also, if you've PMed me because of the Artist Listing, that's okay! I've pointed you here.

Why "Resisting Arrest"?

Well, for one, it's a nice little name. Plus, I get to play around with it (have events, or jailbreaks, things like that) and make it longterm. Resisting Arrest came when I was first hashing out the idea of my shop and I love having names with meanings. I tried to get the Japanese translation but it just didn't sound right, so I stuck with the English name and built off that.
A few things that contributed to the name: my wishlists (took them down, available upon request) and my shop mule, Nurai.
The wishlists were made from 'stolen' graphics from the shopkeepers around Gaia and, then, I didn't know if it was legal to use them in my design. So, I thought it would be funny to have a shop named Resisting Arrest when, in a sense, I would be if the act was illegal on Gaia. That reason is obsolete now because the wishlists were, in fact, legal and so the name no longer applied to them.
As for Nurai, I came up with a story for him that related to the concept of the name Resisting Arrest and that's the story I'm sticking to. Nurai was always planned to have the current outfit he has now (sans the lunar cloak because it hadn't been released and the OMG hat because I didn't know he'd look so cute in it until I traded it to him), so the idea of his 'resisting arrest' kind of worked. He is my captive and forced labor accountant, so he tries to jail break every now and then to escape, being foiled by me and my friends (this hasn't happened yet but will occassionally).
And that's the long and boring story of how the name "Resisting Arrest" came about. As for the subscript (One Avi At A Time), it just popped up and sounded good.

Nurai has escaped! He has been my captive for months and I thought the chains were enough to keep him in line but I was wrong. He has gotten Fairy Wings and flown the coop, so to speak! So now my shop is in utter disarray! I can't do the accounting on my own, that was why I had captured the math man.

I don't know what to do, so I turn to you, the people of Gaia, to help me find him and bring him home. I have a few ideas on where he could be.

Here's what you need to do:

- An art auction with a High Bid of 40k+
- A quest thread for Fairy Wings
