Hiten is feeling : approving / slighty pervy. Current stage : Teen. Likes : Being with his brother, sound of a thunderstorm, zapping things, biting people, reddish or orangeish colours, silence, fighting, bloodshed, winning Dislikes : Being alone, being held by a stranger, hyperactive people, Inuyasha, Shippo, being inferior, cute stuff, clingy people, being ignored, being touched without permission, everything else Fav. Food : Anything that bleeds Fav. Subject : Combat Personality : It's not hard to tell that Hiten is very aggressive, dominant, but for some reason rarely serious, as he seems pretty carefree. Exposure to the kindness of others has softened him a bit from his rather unsociable tendencies, but he's still very nasty if something irritates him, and sometimes is goaded into violent tantrums by small things. Hiten enjoys causing others discomfort, but will not hesitate to defend his brother in a pinch. Abilities : Creating and manipulating electric currents, conjuring two little flaming ankle wheels so he can glide. Also, when angered enough, he can turn into a huge-a** black, white and orange dragon. Distinguishing Traits : Thick dark hair that's usually in a braid, red-pink eyes, fangs, and three small scars on his forehead. Manten is feeling : kinda pretty. Current stage : Teen. Likes : Being with his brother, food, petting his hair, sound of a thunderstorm, Chii, Jakotsu, being paid attention to, sweet food, the sky, dark or bluish colours Dislikes : Being alone, when Chii is upset, making people mad, being laughed at, yelling, Inuyasha, Shippo Fav. Food : Carrot cake ( sweatdrop ) Fav. Subject : Astronomy Personality : Time has revealed that Manten is the more quiet and passive of the two brothers, basking in whatever attention is given to him. He's also surprisingly delicate, being easily provoked into tears and also susceptible to illness much more than Hiten. Manten's constant association with his brother has made him slightly less trusting and friendly than he was when he was younger, but he retains a sort of innocence that even Hiten can't mar. Abilities : Spits balls of lightning, can manipulate fog and clouds so he can ride on them. He can probably take a bestial form as well, but it hasn't been provoked from him yet. Distinguishing Traits : Looks very different than Hiten, let's leave it there sweatdrop . Oh, and two small scars on his forehead and one on his chest.

This colour is Hiten's thoughtsThis colour is Manten's thoughts.FamilyKoriniThe guardian of Hiten and Manten. A little reclusive, rather eccentric, even by kitsune standards, a true pessimist, and she has a habit of starting to speak in other languages without warning. She tends to be a bit overprotective of them, and hates leaving them alone. Smothering aside, she loves the brothers very much, and only wants the best to happen.
Mum. She takes care of us... I guess I like her. After all, her face was the first I ever saw.
I love Mum. She's our best friend, our guardian, and I think she saved us... Saved us from who we once were. I can't exactly put what I feel in words, but she's my mother, and I never want her to go away.Rikoma A cousin of Korini, and resident of Isle de Gambino. He has a mild case of ADD, and therefore is a sort of outcast among his own kind. Very bouncy, talkative, and with a naturally short attention span, he can't help but get on some people's nerves. A sort of 'uncle' to Hiten and Manten, he has immature impulses but plans to teach them many things about life. Ever since he started on new medication, he began acting strangely, and Korini apprehended him right before he molested poor little Hiten. Needless to say, they immediately moved out.
Uncle Riko. I don't like him at all. He's really hyper and he likes to coo over how cute I am. One time he petted my hair and wouldn't stop until Mum gave him this really scary look and demanded I be left alone. Mum says he can be a ped... *****... I don't remember how to spell it. Ever since he touched me a certain way, I admit I'm scared of him. And Mum says we're never going back to live in his house again.
Uncle Riko's weird... He's something called an alchemist, and he makes stuff in the basement with the other blokes he hangs around with. I don't know why, but he keeps giving Hiten these weird looks, and one time even started petting him and taking off his clothes. Mum pitched a fit and hastily moved us all out, and I think that was very smart of her.Grace -- Grace is one of the Konokai children watched over by Rune Traverse, a dear friend of mine. She loves her "brothers" very much already, but they retain a neutral emotion to her.
Grace is okay, as babies go.
Whee! It's little Grace! She's really cute, and for once a baby doesn't want to pull my precious hair!Kaeda -- A sweet little kitsune, who seems to have garnered a dislike from Hiten and Manten. They glare at him whenever he gets close. Perhaps it has to do with their bad experience involving some kitsunes in their past life?
Kaeda... Stupid fox. His fur would make a nice blanket, though.
I don't like Kaeda. He reminds me of someone from long ago...Aries -- This is my dear Astra, Aries, who was relinquished from his former guardian, the poor guy. He's a little mistrusting of everyone, but Hiten and Manten like him well enough. If only Hiten would stop trying to chew on his horns...
I like playing tricks on Aries. He's a stoic kind of guy, but hey! It's even funner to make him mad.
I don't like to be around Aries that much... Those horns scare me, even if he is nice.Okamino -- An adorable floofball of a wolf pup from Atlantis! He's teething almost as badly as Hiten was, but at least I can buy Okamino a chew-bone.
WHY DOES MUM HAVE SO MANY DOGS?! I HATE DOGS!
Even worse than Isis is Okamino...A trap? No name, as of yet. -- A hontou, who is yet to be caught by the trap set for her. Ever since I told the boys about it, Manten has started staring at the trap for hours on end, since the blasted thing is still in my room, by a window.Damasu -- A young demon who wasn't quite evil enough. He likes playing tricks on people, I'm worried that it will rub off on Hiten and Manten.
Damasu's really cool. He likes to play pranks on people, and I like to help him. It's really fun to see people get mad because they find their keys missing or something chewed up or their shampoo replaced with honey. whee
Hiten likes Damasu a lot more than I do. I think he's going to get into trouble one day when he gets caught pranking somebody.Omen -- Omen, a strange creature that simply appeared in the oak tree outside my window one day. He can't talk very well yet, but I think he's some sort of protector for the boys, since he'll defend them from even me.
Omen's cool. He follows me around and helps me when I need stuff. Though I don't like sharing him with Manten. mad
Omen is so great. He protects me and Hiten when Mum can't, and when we need a boost he's always glad to be of assistance.Isis -- A cute little pup from the Gaia pound, Isis is a regal little critter. She has an air of superiority about her, but will not object to being petted if the opportunity presents itself.
Isis... She's a dog, and I don't like that, and she acts like she's better than everybody. I hate dogs, and I hate Isis.
Isis is an aloof little pup. Dogs scare me...Aito -- Aito is a creature called a shutterfly, and he's a real romancer if you couldn't tell by the rose in his mouth. He lives in a little paddock outside, since he's too sheep-like to live in the house cleanly. A Valentine's gift from Korini's friend Silly, he's adored by Korini and tolerated by everyone else.
Aito is a royal pain. Nuff said.
Aito's weird. Doesn't he ever want to eat that rose?The Dragons A flight of dragons who live in Korini's apartment, they have expressed interest in the boys, and the boys seem to like the dragons. When the babies came, the dragons became very confused as to what happened to the pendant and why suddenly there are two fussy children in the house.
Dragons... There are even more every month! They squeak and they like to crawl under the covers with outouto and me at night when it's cold... I suppose I like them.
I like the dragons! They're soft and cute, with teeny scales and they like to snuggle beneath the bedsheets when it's cold at night. It gets crowded in there with Hiten, me, almost all the dragons, and some of my plushies.FriendsSesshomaru Their first friend of their kind. It seems that they get along pretty well for now. He's a bit older than they are, but you can't really tell.
Sess is nice enough. He likes to spar, and I do too, and we both get annoyed by our siblings a lot. I guess you could say we've got a lot in common, even though something about him makes this little alarm bell go off in my head.
I'm not sure I like Sesshomaru. He's frigid and distant. Why doesn't he show any feeling?Tenshi Kuronaho Sesshomaru's guardian, she's defined as a friend to Korini rather than the boys. A person Korini likes to be around, Hiten and Manten just have to deal with that.Rune Traverse Another of Korini's friends, she gave Raisan to the boys and is very doting. It takes a good deal of convincing to tell her not to spoil them.
Rune-san's okay. She gives Manten an' me presents, so she can't be that bad.
I love Rune-san. She's really nice, she doesn't care I look so weird, and she gives us presents!Mirelle and Kirika Rune's two twin girls, they were also pendants at one point. Manten and Kirika like each other, but Hiten remains neutral to the two babies unless they fawn over him.
Babies... Mirelle sort of is okay, but Kirika's too much like my brother for my tastes. After what happened with Rikoma, Mirelle got all protective of me and offered that we work together and track Riko down and skin him! Well, I thought we'd skin him.
Mirelle's nice enough, but Kiri's one of my best friends. She's a sweetie, and I like that. They're both real nice, at least when I talk to them, but I think Mirelle likes Hiten more than she likes me.Chii and Freya While Freya does not take much notice of the boys, Chii gets along beautifully with Manten. She even gave him a kitten as a gift, and that just about did it to make them friends. I'm wondering where this friendship will lead...
These two we met a loooong time ago. Freya's nice, and I think Chii and Manten have a little thing for one another. Or something... But when she gets bigger, she better make a move on Manten soon before he starts drooling over Jakotsu like he did a while ago.
Chii and Freya... Freya's almost as cold and expressionless as Sesshomaru, but I really like Chii. She was the first girl my age to like me just as I am... But I'm not sure what will happen to us together now that Jakotsu gives me bubbles in my stomach.KurowKirishima An old friend of Tenshi's, and a new one of Korini's. Kurow has brought forth an emotion in Korini she has never felt before... Hiten and Manten don't mind him, and even like him, although they've got a natural aversion to unfamiliar people.
I don't see him much, since he and Mum aren't around either me or Manten when they're together. He's a magician. That's cool.
I only met Kurow once, then he and Mum kinda went off to talk. He does magic, and he looks after a little girl named Belldandy, but I don't see either of them around much.Talis Another old friend, but this one is Korini's, connected since Korini first arrived to Gaia. Hiten likes her well enough, but Manten's proven to be very shy of strangers like her. He tries to hide whenever he sees her.
Talis called me cute! I like her. That seems to be a good thing, because we moved in with her until Mum gets enough for a house of her own. Or maybe we won't move. I like Talis-san's big mansion.
Talis doesn't hang around too often, but she's real nice when she's with me. We moved in with her after that incident with Rikoma, and I've grown fond of her manor. It's a little empty, but still quite nice.Dark The child Talis has been instructed to care for, he's not around much. The boys rarely see him, but Hiten seems to like him more than Manten does.
He's nice enough. At first I wasn't going to like him, since he was just a little kid, but he was real nice to me after he found out about what happened to me earlier. So, I remain not liking or disliking him.
Dark's really cute, at least as a toddler. I didn't see him much when he was littler, but he seems to be somewhat tolerable for now. But if he pulls my hair or steals Bunny, I'm never gonna forgive him!Youkai Aura A buddy from Korini's earlier days at Gaia, Aura is the subject of much curiousity. Hiten thinks she's okay, but Manten's afraid of her hyperactiveness, and is still peeved at her because she didn't let Manten feed Jakotsu chocolate.
Heh. It's fun to pull on Aura's tail, plus she's almost as childish as me!
I don't know how I feel about Aura. She's so hyper, she kinda scares me, but she likes reading almost as much as I do! But then she got mad at me and made Jakotsu cry when I started giving Jakotsu chocolates...Jakotsu Aura's baby, who hates girls and is surprisingly affectionate towards boys. I'm a little dubious because... Well, I've researched Jakotsu. He was a murderer, but then again my boys were killers too.
Jakotsu... I don't know him too well yet, but when he calls me cute, shivers run down my spine. Not good shivers either. I'll be honest, that kid scares me.
Jakotsu makes me feel tingly inside. I don't know why, but I start blushing when he talks to me, and he remembers me from all the way back when he was a pendant! But he likes Hiten more than me... How can I get him to change his mind?!

Toys
  A pair of elemental potions for decoration, mainly, but I may use them to teach the brothers some elemental magic. Since thunder is the combined element of fire and air, I thought it was fitting for the boys.
 A pair of spirits to bring good fortune to our little family.
  A dragon-shaped incense burner with hibiscus incense. Hiten doesn't like it too much, but Manten uses it anyway.
 A small fan for them to share. Why I bought it is obvious, ne?
 A wind bell hung on a window that's mostly open in their room. It makes such a pretty noise when the wind rings it.
 Another of Manten's toys, it's a likeness of Chii. He hasn't seen her in a while, but now and then he takes the plush from the shelf and looks at it.
 One of Hiten's Christmas gifts, an Aztec necklace with a jaguar symbol. He never takes it off, so I'm afraid he's going to break it if he keeps dashing about.
 One of Manten's Christmas gifts, a beautiful orrery. He likes to hold it and stare at the tiny planets inside, and guards it like some sort of treasure.
 A white Scrapbunny, from Youkai Aura again! This one's for Manten. He enjoys his toys more than his brother does, so I can tell that he likes it. Poor little bunny's getting smothered in hugs...
 A special gift from my friend Heero, this is Hiten's pike Raigekijin! He's grown into the large pike magnificently, and of course he doesn't hesitate to show off what he's taught himself with it. I think he looks very dashing with it slung over his shoulder.
 A seperate diary for the boys to write their more private thoughts. I don't look at it, really. Part of it's respect for privacy, the other part is that I don't want to know what they're collaborating on.
 iPod, iPod! Sometimes Hiten and Manten get into 'arguments' over what to put on it, but fortunately it works out before I need to step in. Most of the time.
 The boys were tired of hand-me-downs and homemade clothes, so I took them shopping. An underwear store was the first stop, much to my embarrassment. The boys each got 200 gold to spend in there... I think Hiten has good taste, don't you?
 Same story as above, but... I'm not sure if Manten's actually going to wear these, or...... Either option is kind of horrifying, really...
Stuff To Nibble
 Mm, pocky...
 A raspberry lollipop.
 Candy corn from the Bizarre Bazaar that was held this year. gonk All this sugar is going to rot their little teeth...
   A cute present for me and the boys from Tenshi and Sesshomaru. Hiten devoured his lolly straight away, but Manten is saving his. Maybe I should stop buying them candy... They get enough of it as it is.
       It's St. Valentine's day candy from Silly and her girls! It's really cute-looking, so I'm not going to let them eat it right away if the spell on them to give them faces and such doesn't wear off. Besides, they might get on that dreaded sugar high again... Brr...
 Mm, rice. Kinda bland, but they both like it to a degree.
   Oooh, chocolates. Now that the boys are older, they can eat their candy... In moderation, of course.
 Everybody loves take-out. We order from the Chinese restraunt around the block a lot, too. There's always a box or two left over.
The Practical Stuff
 A little first aid kit for those cuts and bruises all small children seem to accumulate.
 Just in case, a cute thermometer. (Neko-themed, since they had no foxes.)
 This lantern is to guide my children if they are ever lost in the dark. A home-finder charm is on it, so it will never lead them astray.

  A little dragon boy who's apparently going to be a sort of lackey to Hiten and Manten. His name is Ryuko, and he likes following me around.
 A small fox I've decided to name Bing, it should be easy for a baby to say, right? I agonized over what to call him for a day and a half, I can't wait until the boys are old enought to name their own pets, even stupid names like Puppy or Kitty.
 Ming, the Siamese Kittybomb. The name rhymes with the fox's, I thought that was cute. She loves to be petted, and purrs the volume of a lawnmower whenever she thinks you're about to touch her. A bit annoying sometimes, especially when I'm trying to read, but Ming's too cute to be angry at for more than a second.
 Cappuchino the gryphlet. He is trying to learn to fly at the moment, and enjoys terrorizing the dragons, since they're half his size. Seems to be a perfect match for the boys.
 Raisan, a cute little thunder-themed Maydel cat. His purr sounds like distant thunder, and Hiten and Manten are always playing with him and touching him. It's really cute, I just wish they got along with everything that way .
 This is Chiyu, Manten named her sweatdrop . She was a gift from Chii when they first met, and Manten adores her.
 Valentine, (pronounced val-en-teen') an odd winged creature that was a Valentine gift from Chii for Manten. I don't know why the thing's name sounds so French, but it likes to perch on Manten's shoulder. Cute.
 Awww! This is Pup, Hiten's gift from Freya. He's not really affectionate to the poor thing, but he likes to pet him now and again when he thinks nobody's looking. Since neither of the boys are too fond of dogs, they seem wary of poor Pup even though he means no harm...

-- As newborns, still sleepy from their arrival. So cute and huggable... Though it's gotten me nipped at numerous times.
-- Manten and Chii playing together. Arafel managed to snap a photo of it, and me and Silly both have copies. If this isn't cute, I dunno what is.
-- Oh meh goddess, my babies have grown so big! Hiten's gonna be a ladykiller when he gets big enough. And Manten... Well, he's still quite cute.
-- Hiten and Manten as big kids! They're just so adorable... Hiten is arrogant as usual, and Manten's still a little darling. It's kinda endearing how opposite they are.
-- Almost all grown up, my boys are now uber-sexy teenagers! Aren't they just so cute and squishable? Manten's still carting around that stuffed bunny, and Hiten's aquired a lip ring without my permission...
