Faction - Character Name (Date of Last update)

In your thread your first post should be your profile's most recent incarnation.
Following your inital post you should have a post labelled "Updates"
This post should contain a series of bullet points detailing any changes that have been made to your profile over the course of the RP. This is to be a long term RP, and characters will not remain static over the course of the RP... they may gain powers, lose limbs, etc. and it should be reflected in your profile so that other players can better understand and interact with the character you have created. Below is a sample

You get the idea.
Their should be a third and final post which is up to you on how it is formatted. It should contain in an organized fashion any relevant or important information about your character that is not contained within his profile. Things like family history, important relationships, etc. Should be in this section.
If you have a posting format you wish to use, include it in the third post, however it should be noted that formats involving pictures should only be used in the first post in an area. Simple text formats can be used for most other posts.
