Personality: Kay has adopted a friendly outward persona to cope with his actual, rather quiet, introverted self. He is always ready to help and hesitant to initiate violence. He is clever, very aware of his surroundings, and quick to act. Above all else, he is resolute in his values and will always fight for what he feels is just, including killing an enemy without hesitation when he deems it necessary, but only as a last resort.

Custom Techniques:
● Due to the the amount of time and effort spent studying the flow of the Force and its effect on force sensitive cultures and locations, Kay has an acute sense of the way the force flows around him. This gives him the ability to feel the events throughout the galaxy occuring, although with no true understand of where, when, or even what is going on. This is actually typical of those trained in the force, but Kay has developed it at an accelerated pace due to his history. This also provides him with a slight boost in the Force when in close proximity to gifted or powerful Force users.

Saber Style: Dual Sabers

Saber Form: An untrained, less effective variation of Ataru, focusing more on quick, accurate strikes than acrobatic prowess. It is not a classically trained style, but something that he has developed, and only resembles Ataru due to its quick movements. In contrast with Ataru, this style is actually more effective against several enemies and weaker against one. Although the users movements make him harder to hit, a well aimed shot is unlikely to be deflected because the user's lightsabers move very freely and would be hard to center on the bolt's exact location.

Jedi Training: Due to the minimal time he spent training with the jedi, and the turbulant nature of the times, Kay Donn received little formal training from the Order. In is short experience, he met several Masters and Knights, such as Tamesif'ulgri'mdrak before leaving the Order to study the Force and returning to Tatooine. In his travels, he has learned a great deal about the force, giving him superior knowledge to all but the actual trained Jedi.

Bio:

Kay was just another of the all too common orphans on Tatooine... For as long as he can remember, he was alone on the the streets of Mos Eisley, drifting using the small amounts of money earned repairing and maintaining various machines around the spaceport, something he had taught himself as a young child. That is, until a Jedi stopped by for supplies and recognized him as a force sensitive. At a young age he was taken to Coruscant to be trained as a jedi. Eventually, he became disillusioned by his masters' beliefs in mysticism and balance and left the Order, although on relatively friendly terms.

He preferred to go out and help people directly with his abilities. His lack of training has left him rather unskilled in physical combat, although his quick dual-lightsaber style is enough to keep him alive through most scrapes, usually against unskilled criminals. However, he prefers using his wit, intelligence, and diplomacy to solve problems.

Upon leaving the Order, he set off across the galaxy studying force sensitive races and locations, leading to a strong knowledge of how the Force works as a source of energy. Ironically, his beliefs line up rather closely to that of the Jal Shey. Ironic because he had coincidently found and restored a decrepit set of Jal Shey Neophyte armor, although he knows very little of the Jal Shey. He successfully repaired the armor after finding it in a junk heap, likely from some bygone age. Due to his knowledge of force sensetive races and locations, he was even able to restore some of the original Force protection.

Eventually, he returned to his home planet of Tatooine and has since only been a general nuisance to spice smugglers, slave traders, and gangsters. Despite his efforts to reduce crime and violence, Mos Eisley continues to be dangerous place to be.

With the resurfacing of an organized Order, he has decided to return and offer any assistance he can.

Redemption

An old "junker", repaired and maintained using spare parts from various sources on Tatooine, where junk is abundant. Redemption is an old Dynamic Class freighter with very few of the original parts. It only has one turret, the gunner turret, which doesn't actually work due to disrepair and lack of parts. The old systems and parts need constant corrections and replacements. The tempermental old Hyperdrive's output is classified somewhere from Class 6.3-7.0.
