Like Coruscant and Nar Shaddaa, this outer rim planet is also covered by urban sprawl. And similar to Coruscant, the planet surface consists of nice higher class dwellings and businesses, and the levels become more and more dangerous as you descend. The lowest level operates like a prison, where the lowest classes are forced to remain. Unlike the other urban planets, Taris does have a large ocean. Like Telos and Dantooine, Taris is still recovering from bombings of the Jedi Civil War.
