●Keer is unusually moral for a mercenary, and has a tendency to stay in touch with his clients. He's loyal, smart, and speaks his mind, even at the risk of causing conflict. The veteran Mandalorian is strong willed and never gives up. The mercenary is comfortable around other species, expect Twi'leks, due to the demise of his mother at the hands of one. Since Keer has taken a lot of difficult jobs, he's not hesitant to work with others to complete his assignments. The salary doesn't matter as much as finishing his contracts. Keer's disposition is normally jovial, but when he's angered, he hides his emotion behind cold eyes. Since he has been forced to work for the man who killed his comrades, Keer's happy deposition has become more of a facade. First among his thoughts is the constant humiliation of his situation. Despite being a strong fighter, his first action is to try diplomacy.

● Keer was born to a pair of career soldiers who were assigned to a military outpost located on the Frozen planet of Hoth. Soon after his birth, Keer's parents, Nema and Jon, were transferred because the base's commander deemed the outpost unsafe for the newborn. The family ended up on Tatooine, the exact opposite of Hoth. The child grew up in the harsh, sweltering heat of the twin suns above the planet. When Keer was seven, his mother was called in to break up a brawl that had erupted in a Cantina located in Anchorhead. As Nema, with the help of two other troopers, separated the combatants, a Twi'lek criminal named Rackoo'yan pulled a small blaster pistol out. He fired two shots into Nema Na's back, mortal wounding her. The news hit Keer's father hard. Jon started drinking because of the loss he felt. He soon developed an addiction to alcohol that eventually got in the way of his work. Jon was discharged before the end of the same year Keer's mother was shot.
The new lack of income drove his father to resort to bounty hunting. Jon decided he could get bigger bounties if he started teaching his son how to fight. Keer was sixteen when his father started training him. After six years of joint bounty hunting, the twenty-one year old set off on his own to make a living. His father drank himself to death four years later. The young hunter decided he'd rather be a mercenary. Keer worked for several clients, doing jobs such as being a bodyguard and property retrieval. During one such job, Keer caught the eye of another mercenary, the leader of a band of Mandalorians. After a few contracts together, the leader, Altrax Skyrus, offered Keer, who gladly accepted, a spot on his team. They worked together for six years until what Keer now refers to as "It." happened.
During a mission to recover a stolen freighter, his comrades were ambushed and scattered, leaving Keer to finish the assignment. Right after the mercenary flew the ship out of the hideout, a man who'd hidden on the ship, appeared and slashed through a break in his armor, leaving him with a scar across his side. The wounded solider dispatched the last enemy, and located the other hurt Mandalorians using their linked HUD system. The group returned the freighter, only to find another ambush set up for them.
Their employer, who was using a fake identity, wanted them dead for some reason, and he seemed to have inexhaustible resources. Keer lost two friends in the shoot out that occurred when they tried to intially turn over the ship, Srike Darkman and Eldo Krael. Another was assassinated while doing a solo contract, Melsati Tunsiri. Keer's leader, Altrax, issued an order for the group to split up to avoid detection. Altrax was killed when his ship was destroyed by a small fleet of hired pirates. That left only Keer and two other Mandalorians, Melsati Tunsiri and Joess Elonel. After an attempt to kill Keer failed, the mercenary got in contact with the other Mandalorians. During the conversation, one abruptly lost his connection, and was later found dead by local authorities, Tunsiri . The other requested a meeting with Keer to discuss their plans for vengeance. When Keer reached the agreed upon location, the other Mandalorian, Elonel, had his throat slit, with his helmet taken as a trophy and a taunt to the last Mandalorian.
A datapad had been laid on the table. After scanning it for any kind of explosive, tracker, or poison, Keer read the contents. It was a message to the final Mandalorian. It stated that the Mandalorian wouldn't be actively pursued as long as he acted as an assassin for the man who killed his comrades. Keer reluctantly agreed, knowing that it was his only way to stay alive long enough to hunt down his old enemy.
A year after the death of the last Mandalorian mercenary, the targets became increasingly difficult. After another year, no contact was made until near the end of the year. Keer received an order to find and capture a Rodian named Hyzo. It seemed that was employer no longer needed his skills, because, during his attempts to detain Hyzo, it was revealed that it had been a set up and he was suppose to die. Keer killed the gang hired to kill him. He knew that more attempts would be made soon, it was only a matter of time.
