So I'm spinning pure BFL (blue faced leicester), which I'm not used to, and man I'm having a hard time keeping the singles from drifting apart as I'm trying to ply it. The resulting test mini-skein is super soft though, so hopefully I don't need TOO much more twist. emotion_donotwant But that made me wonder, what learning curves are you all dealing with right now?

Well, I'm kind of a glutton for punishment... emotion_facepalm Right now, I'm: Learning entrelac knitting At the same time, I'm working on a regular knitting project, have 2 crochet projects going, one beading project has just started calling my name, and last but not least, I'm teaching myself to play the ukelele. In a week or so, I'll be able to start playing the guitar again (need new strings but have to wait till payday), and possibly I'll start sewing again soon...Halloween is coming up fast...

I've got lots more, just lying in wait, but I HAVE to finish something already in progress first, before I will even begin thinking seriously about starting something new. Things like a cross stitch wall hanging I've got in mind, and sewing some clothing out of some awesome fabric I have (I have enough for either a long skirt, OR a short skirt & matching top - and, I can't decide which way to go with it), and knitting a sweater that I found a really cute pattern for (and I already have enough yarn for - I think), and doing some beaded bags (for gifts for the holidays), and... and... and... rofl

If I win I don't get anything other than bragging rights and to choose the next spinning theme, but that's still pretty awesome.
