Hookay. I'm sure anyone who has heard of either of these bands would know of the rivalry between them back in the days they were big. I recall such comments as one of the Gallagher bitches brothers, wishing that Damon had "got aids and died"
Me personally, I never liked Oasis. I found the music quite boring and depressing, and although I'm only really now starting to realise the awesomeness of Blur, I had always liked everything I had heard before (Song 2, Country House, Girls and Boys, were the only songs I had known until about a year or so ago, but I still thought they kicked the arse of any Blur song)
So i was just wondering what everyone elses views on the matter were.

The football Terrace Anthems of working class North - Oasis
Liams eyebrows always scared me as well

I wasn't aware of any rivalry but, um, I hate Oasis. *ducks fast*
Liam Gallagher's voice is just so whiny, and he's far more egotistical than his talent merits. It makes me want to smack him.

It makes me want to smack him. Yeah there was quite a big rivalry, when they first were around. and yeah I never saw what was so good about Liam either

I like Blur WAY more.
Theres one Oasis song I kind of like.
But it is nowhere in comparison to Blur and Damon Albarn.
And anyone who would wish AIDS on someone is an ASSHAT.
