So, I make bracelets out of embroidery floss and I am so bored of the classic chevron...
Does anyone know any good sites or tutorials?
There's always the weaving wheel ones to try. I got my 'wheel' (which is square) at the dollar store. It makes a nice, flat, woven bracelet.
The wheel would be easy enough to make out of cardboard, or similar stiff stuff. Just need a smallish square, cut out the middle (leaving an inch or so all the way around), then cut 8 slots evenly on the top & bottom sides, and one each centered on the other two sides.
There are also fairly expensive wheels for Japanese Braiding that I've seen (that appear to get the same results as my dollar one).
