Tea was in the park and stretched as she looked out towards the water. The moon was pretty tonight and the senshi of mice was looking for something to do or someone to talk with.
She hummed softly as she noticed an energy signature near by. She was curious as to who it was. Following it curiously to see who she might be able to talk to tonight.

Weser had her lips to her flute and was practicing the very simple tune she learned earlier that week as she walked. The young knight seemed alight with pride at her accomplishment, as well as with joy at the sound of the music that she was playing. She had taken up the flute and given herself over to fervent practice as often as she could ever since she'd taken up her mantle as a knight, and her efforts were finally starting to show, just as her tutor promised! Granted, it wasn't perfect. She had a feeling it was because her weapon had a lot of teeny tiny little cracks in it that maybe affected how it sounded, but it sounded good enough! In any case, she was plenty happy with the progress she was making, and that was what she chose to focus on.
There was the slightest pause when she sensed a nearby Order signature, and she adjusted the path she was taking before carrying on with the song. She spotted the owner of the signature not long after, but even then she played on, at least until the end of the song. It was only after the final note died that she lowered her flute and finally offered the other a wave.
"Hi!" she greeted, her smile unusually bright considering the hour. She was normally exhausted and in bed by now. "Nice night for a stroll, isn't it?"

There was a smile as she was approached by Weser and hummed as she waved and gave a nod, "It is indeed a nice night for a stroll!"
The senshi of mice looked curiously at the flute in the knights hand. "Are you playing the flute tonight?" She asked interested and wondered if it just happened to be something that they liked playing.
"I'm Tea by the way!"

"I'm Weser, nice to meet you," she returned the introduction with her own. "And I am! It's my weapon, actually." She paused then, eyes narrowed in the slightest look of curiosity as she gave it a bit of thought. "If you could call a flute a 'weapon,' anyway. I heard I'm supposed to be able to do magic with it later on or something, so...I guess in a way, yes, a weapon."
The young Page very proudly offered it to her new acquaintance.
"It's a glass flute," she explained, "and it mostly works. It sounds a little different than the regular flute that I play and practice and stuff when I'm not..." She paused again to consider. "This version of me," was what she wound up saying, and she said it slowly and carefully, as if weighing each word and making sure that it made sense as she said it.
Doing her best not to frown as a thought occurred to her next, she went on to ask in a slightly softer voice and a faint flush of pink to her cheeks.
"Why? Was it...bad?"

Tea grinned, "Nice to meet you too!"
There was a pause when the other said that the flute was her weapon which was curious. Knights were a curious thing though she didn't know a ton about them. "Ah, perhaps it'll show how it's useful later."
There was a nod softly when the other said it was a glass flute and sounded a bit different than a normal flute, "Yeah? That's neat maybe it's got to do with the way glass makes sound verses like how metal makes sound?" She said in a questioning method because that was interesting.
"Oh no, it didn't sound bad!" She said, "I was curious because you don't normally see someone playing a flute out and about." Tea had seem some things but this wasn't one of them, "It lead me to want to know if it was a hobby or. . . well if the flute's a weapon I guess it's perhaps more than just a hobby."

"Oh, thank goodness!" Relief visibly washed over her at the reassurance that her playing hadn't been bad. She knew she wasn't that good yet so she wasn't expecting compliments or anything like that, but as long as she wasn't bad!
Tea's curiosity about her and her flute helped to cheer the young knight up even further. She didn't get much of a chance to really talk about it. She had to explain it away as a genuine new interest to her parents when she started lessons, and apart from that...well. No one really asked. Which was fine! She didn't mind. Everyone had their own interests, after all. But she was more than happy to talk about it now that someone had asked.
"When I realized that it's a fully working flute, I picked it up as a hobby," she said brightly. "I have a regular one at home, but I use this one when I come out as Weser. It was hard at first, but now that I can play a little bit better I'm having so much more fun!"

Tea listened as Weser spoke about picking up the flute as a new hobby when she realized it was a working flute and not just a weapon. "Oh that's so cool and I love the fact you decided to take lessons on it so you could learn to play it properly."
The senshi of mice seemed thoughful, "I'm also glad you're having more fun with it now, maybe when you power up it'll do something cool as you play it? I mean knights do get magic with their weapons eventually right?"

She gave a little nod of her head. "That's what my friend told me," she confirmed, glancing down at her flute with a slightly softer expression as she thought of them. The day she awakened had been so stuffed full of information that she wished she had written it all down, though she remembered enough to be functional...ish...as her knight self.
At least, she could remember the basics.
"I just wish there was some kind of to-do list we could look at to find out when that's supposed to happen, you know? To be fair to whoever makes that call, I don't really do much as a knight because I'm busy with s–" She cut herself off for a second to consider, wondering if she looked at all her age while she was Weser.
"Stuff," she decided to generalize, just in case. "You know, life and stuff that isn't this. So it makes sense that I haven't really gotten anywhere, but still."

Tea nodded when Weser said she wished there was a to do list, "Tell me about it, a to do list would be sooooo useful."
There was a pause when the knight stopped herself and said stuff. There was a soft nodded and an amused chuckle, "Ah that sounsd all too familiar and - if it makes you feel any better when I first came back I was stuck as a chibi, since I got awakened as a kid.... and then I kind of decided to ignore things and focus on life....."
She shrugged softly, "So I feel you. It takes time but you'll get there." She added with a smile and nod.

"A kid?" she found herself repeating as she looked on at her new friend. The idea that anyone younger than her could have been roped into this magical world scared her a bit, and as Tea went on to explain that she had also wound up just focusing on her life for a little bit, Weser found herself nodding along in complete understanding.
"I mean, that makes sense," she eventually said. "If it had been me I probably would have also just passed on all of this back then. I was really, uh...well. Not great, health-wise. I'm better now! Basically. But yeah. There's no way I would have been able to sneak out and do any of this kind of stuff."
The young knight offered a little smile at the encouragement, and bobbled her head ever so slightly. "Thanks. Consistency is key, right?"

Tea nodded, "Yeah, a chibi senshi."
She seemed to think when Weser said that she hadn't been great health-wise, "Yeah and my family lost our brother so I kind of was just not ready to face the whole magical world."
She frowned, "I'm sorry you had health issues but glad you're better now! If you ever need anything let me know okay?" Tea said with a grin.
There was a nod when the topic changed, "Yes consistency is key!" She grinned, "I've been working on costume making with my sister when she has time." There was a chuckle, "I work at a fabric store so I can get some sort of discount on some of the fabrics we want to use. I thought it was a pretty smart move."
After all she hoped she could be a good costume designer at some point.

She offered a sympathetic smile when Tea mentioned her brother. "I'm sorry for your loss," she said quietly, sounding a bit unsure if it was okay to comment or not. Losing a family member was deeply personal, after all, and they had just met. In any case, that was definitely more than enough reason to not want to delve into the magical world. It was more than enough to justify a lot of things probably, she thought to herself, though didn't say so out loud.
Instead, she gave another nod at the open offer to reach out. "You, too!" she replied in turn. "I mean there might not be a whole lot I can do, but two heads are usually better than one?"
When the topic shifted to costume-making she found her interest piqued, and her expression brightened and relaxed a bit. Maybe it was the non-magical nature of it...
"What kind of costume? And that discount sounds amazing," she added with a nod, before, "So you picked a fabric store on purpose?"

Tea nodded softly, "Thanks." She said trying not to dwell too much on not having her brother.
There was a smile, when Weser said that she'd also be there, "Yes, two heads are very much better than one!"
She hummed, "Oh, just simple cosplay stuff for now, it started when I was little with making costumes for like my little ponies, and I just kind of whatever I see that interests me turning them into costumes. Mostly like Disney Bound stuff for now, but I'm working my way towards fancier and more complex things like actual ball gowns."
There was a nod and a smile, "Yeah I did, I figured it'd help me learn the types of fabric and I could get to know the materials I'd work with when sewing."

Cosplay. She wasn't too familiar with it, but it wasn't a foreign concept at least.
"That's so smart. And honestly all of that sounds like so much fun! Like a 'bringing characters to life' kind of thing?" She imagined several shows and movies she'd seen that had elaborate costume designs, and then after a moment glanced down at her outfit, and then at Tea's. Both, in her opinion, looked like something out of a storybook, so...
"It probably isn't a good idea to try and recreate our uniforms, huh?" she asked in a thinking out loud kind of way, just barely to herself, her gaze now back on her uniform. "Or any uniforms, huh?" She said it louder this time, and looked up at Tea. "I mean, some of us have really cool outfits. Have you ever tried? Or seen one that you wanted to try and do?"

Tea grinned, "Yeah it's like a bring a character to life sort o thing, or have you heard of like ... Disney Bounding? Sort of that for characters too depending on how I feel."
There was a pause when Weser asked about recreating uniforms. "I don't think creating a 1 for 1 for our outfits would be a good idea, maybe an inspired by look. But I feel like something could go wrong if we dressed like this in a normal outfit."
The question about if she'd seen any she'd want to recreate, "I think maybe trying to do a homage to the uniforms could be cool, but nothing that's really screamed at me yet?"
