 Blankey Gir was out and about, ready for a fun day. He didn't care what he would be doing; it didn't matter one bit. He loved life no matter what came. He loved the colors of the seasons, flowers everywhere, and smells that made him grin like a fool. The sun was out and warmed the ground and a few clouds floated by and did nothing to cool the land. He came up to a lake the water clear and beautiful. He didn't think at all before he jumped into the cool waters. He hoped there would be some other creatures to come and visit him. He moved about slowly in the shallow water. He was grinning like a fool as he pretended to be a water horse.

It was a nice day, but maybe a little too warm. Summer was starting to bare its teeth and the heat had been steadily rising. Mizu swished her tail as she trotted along the forest path, trying in vain to move the air a bit around her in hopes of cooling down a little bit.She and her mate had been traveling for some time and had just set up their camp. He had chosen to stay behind at their camp while she went to spend some time exploring the area. She was always excited to see what fun new things she could find! After a bit of walking, she had spotted a nice little lake in the distance. A terrific find in this heat! She hummed to herself as she made her way toward its shores. As she got closer, she noticed the pony playing in the water. Amused by his antics, she watched him for a little bit before speaking up. “Hey! That looks like fun, whatcha doin’ there?” Word count: 171

Blankey roared in a silly fashion and then said: "I am a mighty lake beast, can't you see that I might be you where you stand!!" He growled again and sank down in the water, refusing to let the game go just yet, it was too much fun, and he didn't want to spoil it by being serious. What a silly idea to be serious on such a beautiful day like this one. "Enter the water if you dare!!" He growled once again. He his mighty lake beast voice.

Mizu giggled at the antics of the other pony. Now how to respond? Should she pretend to get scared, then cower and beg for him to not hurt her? Could be fun, but could be better. Or.. perhaps… Behind her make, a wide grin slowly grew as an idea started to form. “Silly little beast! Do you not know to whom you speak?” She said reared up on her back legs. “I am a mighty forest spirit and nature heads my call. I go where I please!” Despite the fake bravado she put into her voice, she couldn’t help as another giggle escaped her. This might be a very fun little game. Word count 112 Total: 283

Gir giggled too because this was just a game; most things were a game to him. "Then, if you are brave enough, come and face me in my territory!!:" He growled again and splashed the other soqilli they had started out playing and once the other knew the game they played right along so neither of them actually knew the other's name. Gir figured he would break character after a bit and just play in the water. Games were only fun for so long after all. If you played a game for too long it got dull. Not to mention that if you were playing with someone, it was only fair to let them choose a game to play too.

This seemed like it was turning out to be a fun little adventure. It was always fantastic meeting someone that was as silly and playful as she was and she was always looking to make new friends. Still, it didn’t feel like the right time in the game for them to exchange names and pleasantries yet. She grinned again as he declared his ‘challenge’ to her. “Just you wait, you’ll see who you’re tangling with!” She backed up a bit, just enough to get enough room. Once she was in position, she charged forward as fast as her little legs could carry her and jumped, hitting the water with a big splash. She laughed out loud as the water sprayed around her. Gir was out of breath and finally said "Ok, ok, you win!!" He giggled and then said, "I'm Blanky Gir, you can call me whatever you like." He stepped out of the water and shook himself off, getting water everywhere. He smiled and then asked, "What game should we play next?" He asked if he was happy with their games, and he didn't want the fun to end, but he also didn't want to be bossy or control all the games, which wouldn't be fun at all. They should each have a chance to lead the way the games would go. That way, they would be able to become friends. He also considered the moth creature he had met to be his friend as well that's how he had gotten his moth plushie. He had his piggy plushie for a really long time, longer than he could remember.

Mizu laughed and shook some of the water out of her face and hair. There was a fair amount of water between her face and the mask now, she probably should have taken it off before she jumped in. "Nice to meet ya, Blanky Gir! My name is Mizu!" She made her way back to the shore, taking off and placing the mask at the lake banks. "Oh.. Umm, what game? That's a difficult question, there so many! How about... We could pretend to be pirates!"
