A list of conventions & anime makers' markets in Singapore for the back half of 2026. I'll add more as I find them. Let me know if I've missed any!

P.S. I probably won't make any more events this year since I have a baby. Though she and I did accidentally end up going to Doki Doki Anime Market at Suntec last month (long story). Baby had her own fan club. It was cute.

August

Event: Dashcon 2
Dates: 1-2 August 2026
Location/Website: Physical convention in North York, ON, Canada. Virtual convention via discord, livestreams, etc. Website here.
Notes: Unfortunately, I missed attending the 2025 con virtually at the last minute because of work. It looked like a lot of fun and I enjoyed watching the recordings of the panels afterwards. It's a Tumblr convention, but there is a strong anime presence.
Update: My whole family was sick the weekend of the con. I will watch panels once the recordings are posted. Ah, well! ]:

Event: Virtual TGIF/F
Dates: 29-30 August 2026
Location/Website: All online. Website here.
Notes: This is the first year for this convention, so it's a bit of an unknown. Looks like it will be geared more towards live-action fandoms, but I'm hoping for a small yuri group to be there. Geared towards female/female pairings in fandom and all that surrounds it.
