High on a jagged cliff, overlooking a sparkling blue ocean, a beautiful jewel sits. A large manor turned into a lodge sits overlooking everything. Gnarled trees dip down across the cliff, making the paths to the soft sanded beach below nearly invisible to the naked eye.
It is the home to many guests, some who stay all year round and some only for vacations. Yet it is a place that welcomes all that seek to find a place. Whether you want to find peace in a private room, enjoy the comforts of easy company in the lobby, feel like letting loose at one of the bars, or want to take an easy walk on the beach, there is plenty to do for everyone.
We aim to please and the staff is welcoming, top of the line employees, so now without further adieu, I shall introduce you. Also, there are jobs available, if you seek employment, talk to the respective manager they will be the one to select personnel.

Along the path walked three creatures, one small, the other two much larger. They all walked along side-by-side-by-side.
The sun-golden Reliquiant walked along, almost as if she was power-walking. In each of her hands, she held two tiny weights. A human could easily hold them in their hand and feel like it wasn't even there, but for this Reliquiant, they weighed her arms down a bit. However, if she was going to get a bit better at things, she was going to have to try her hardest and not take the easy way out anymore.
In the middle, walked the persopet. Strapped around her neck, just under her collar, was a bag of sorts. It looked like it would have been meant to go over the shoulder of some small creature, like a side-pack, but instead she wore it around her neck.
The final figure hoovered over the other two, for she was an Elder Feli. The tan-furred feline was approximately the size of a dog, at one could even confuse her actions for that of a dog at times. She looked about in an excited fashion, eager to get to the destination in a sense, though she was not blessed with the ability to speak human-languages, though she could understand it quite well.
Finally reaching the entrance to the Phantasy Lodgings, Miori smiled back to the other two who were at her side. Signaling for Rikki to bring her head down a bit so she could place her equipment into the bag, to which to the computer obediently obeyed. Once the equipment was no longer out, the sunstone Reliquiant turned to the door. Bringing out her delicate hand, she first knocked upon the door, just to be polite. However, she expected that she could get whatever magic it was that allowed the doors to open on their own to work for her. So in a clear voice, she simply asked "Open?"

The wide doors of the lodge called Phantasy opened upon the command to open, swinging just enough for the three to come in and be welcomed into the lobby. There was a silence in the empty halls that left the place seeming hallow. The only movement was the occasional glimmer of what might have been haunting spirits of the beautiful place.

A smile now adorned her face as she wandered in as the door opened. Of course, the company which had come waited til the Reliquiant entered, so Miori began to let her feet do the work and draw herself inside so the others would not be stuck outside.
Rikki came in, completely understanding why the door had opened by itself. She looked around with a somewhat toothy grin and said "I wonder if we will be able to find Valentine easily. She did say that it was a big place!"
The feli on the other hand, was a bit hesitant to enter at first. She hadn't seen anybody open the door, but it opened upon request. Her bright blue eyes were quite wide as she dared to take her steps into the building. However, she soon didn't care as she spotted something her feline senses could not refuse. Something shiney!!! Without any regard for the other two, the tan Elder bounded down a hallway, apparently wanting to play with some of the shinies.
In response to ManxManx running in such a fashion down the random hallway, Miori couldn't help but let out a bit of a yelp. "Goodness! Rikki, we have to follow her!" she said as she quickly climbed up the computer's side.
"Roger that!" Rikki said as she waited for Miori to get on, then began to chase after the Feli, bell upon her collar ringing the whole way.

The ghosts of Phantasy seemed oblivious to the movements of the feli that chased them about as they came in and out of view. There were enough animals in the lodge to not make them pause about their hauntings. In fact they ignored the occurance altogether.

Managing to come close enough to the shinies, the Elder Feli lifted her paw and reared up onto her hind legs and began to try to paw at the things. She kept a rather playful look in her eye, and her maw was in a wide cheerful grin.
As the other two drew closer, Miori couldn't help but give a shout to the Feli "Hey... ManxManx!! You shouldn't be doing that!" Rikki slowed as she was close to the tan feline, and Miori gave the Feli a bit of a playfully stern look. "Come one ManxManx... we can't go to the beach if you are inside playing!"

Down the hall there was the faint sound of music, it was a harder sound and very hard to hear as it was farther down the hall. The spirits seemed oblivious to all of this, still not noticing the feli that was trying to bat at them playfully.

Hearing the words that the smallest of the company offered, the Feli immediately lowered her paws back to the floor, forgetting about the shinies. She wanted to go to the beach, and it was quite obvious she was looking forward to that, for her long tail began to waggle slightly as she looked to the golden figure for new instructions.
"That's a good girl, ManxManx!" Miori offered in a chipper voice. Her green eyes couldn't help but look up as one of the spirits seemed to come into view, then disappear again. Looking down to Rikki, Miori asked "So... do you think it would be a good idea to just continue down this hall... or should we go back the way we came?"
"Well... it was a straight pathway, so we shouldn't get into too much trouble if we continue on the straight path. If we find anything interesting, or any others that live here, they could show us our way around."
"Okay then! Let us continue forward!" Miori exclaimed, pointing a finger forward. The feli led off, then the feline computer followed.

The farther down the hallway they went the louder the music seemed to become. The sound was that of a solo guitar playing, its player stooped beside a computer that held music sheets to some random song. She had almost succeeded in playing something that didn't involve love, but music was filled with it. So she played Someone Else's Star and sang it gently to herself as if in another place altogether.

Since she was in the lead, the Feli first heard the music as they drew closer. Her large ear perked a bit as she soon found her paws once more bounding her towards the sound. Soon, she dashed into a random room and voiced that she was present with a large "MYAAAA!!!" She looked to the source of the music and gave it a rather goofy, yet friendly smile.
Not quite expecting the Feli to dash off so suddenly, Miori hollered "MANXMANX!!! Get back here!!!" Rikki of course sped up til the computer and Reliquiant were once more immediately behind the Feli. Miori also heard the music, but was not quite certain who it was that was playing, or if it wasn't some sort of CD. Raising her voice so it was louder, she said "I'm sorry if she disturbed you, we're just looking for my friend... and she gets overly excited at times!"

The sound of something jumping into the room behind her caused Valentine to snap out of her little reverie. There was a loud and awkward twang that barely survived snapping a cord. Turning to face the door she blinked confused at the creature that now shared the room with her. Never had she seen it in Phantasy before, all she could do was stare at it until she heard a familiar voice shout. "Miori?"

Miori's eyes initially widened a bit, then they blinked. "Valentine... is that you over there?" she asked simply.
ManxManx still continued to look at the winged creature, smile growing a bit wider as she realized she had helped Miori find her friend. She purred softly as she turned back to the Reliquiant behind her rear and waited for a bit of praise.
However, praise was not given quite yet. Miori instead, had Rikki begin to move around the Feli, so she could at least see her friend, face to face.

Valentine looked over at her friend and smiled a bit. "Yeah its me, I was just practicing a little bit. What brings you back here?" Setting her guitar down next to the computer, she moved away from the computer and instrument to meet her friend at least halfway.

As she and Rikki rounded about and finally reached Valentine, Miori attempted to answer the question. "Many things bring me here. I wanted to check up on you amongst other things. Also, I wanted to check out the beach today, thus why ManxManx is here!" Pointing her golden finger towards the creature which loomed over all the company, she began with the introductions: "Valentine, this is ManxManx, Lizzy's first Feli. ManxManx, this is my friend, Valentine."
Her head had gradually turned back towards the one introduced to her as Valentine. Instead of offering a paw as was her usual manner of greeting, the elder bowed her head down to the lavendar Reliquiant.
"Mind you, that ManxManx can actually understand everything we are saying, though she is not gifted with the ability to speak human languages" Rikki randomly chimed in.
"Aye!" Miori agreed as she slid down from Rikki and landed on the floor with a faint "tap" of the feet.

"Oh, well," for a moment Valentine's eyes wandered to the floor before she could assert herself any. "I'm fine. Really." A quick shake of her head she looked back up at Miori. "Since checking if I was okay was one thing you came for, want to head down to the beach now? Since listening to me play would likely only bore you. Unless you intended to go down to the beach on your own."
