Deep within a damp valley beside a small river a small single roomed house lies. It is rather simple but the one who had choosen to live there needed very little in life. A vampire settled in the shady location with his garnet reliquant. The room held very little besides a bookshelf, bed, a small refridgerator, desk and a lamp. Surprisingly there was no bathroom to the home but a closet that had been marked as off limits for unknown reasons.....

Guiding thier way Toshiro glew softly as he directed his guardian to thier home. Pleased that his reliquant had done well Kojiro rewarded his reliquant with another drop of his blood. Once that was done he turned his attention to his new prize. He set the little one on the desk and looked down to her wondering if he could make some sort of telepathic bond with her. He began to clear his mind to test his ablilites.

Nothing.... Perhaps he wasn't able to do such things with reliquants. "Toshiro... here... now..." He tapped his foot as he waited for Toshiro to make his own way up onto the desk. Again Kojiro cleared his mind. It was quite easy to make Toshiro do as he willed. This was quite amusing but he was dissapointed that for some reason he could not do something with the other. Perhaps it had to do with the bond of a guardian and reliquant... if such things existed. Using Toshiro like a puppet he began to fix up the girls hair a bit and lay her down in a seemingly more comfortable manner.

The smallest of the Reliquiants was sleeping quietly after exhausting herself from all the crying she had done in the day. She had no clue that she had been abducted (nor probably knew what the word meant), but now she remained curled about her best friend, Rufus the plush cat.
The child remained sleeping ignorantly, but something curious happened. Almost as if sensing the vampire's motives, the two dots upon her forehead glittered faintly, merely hinting that no passage was allowed.
The child still didn't stir even after she was moved once again. She seemed to have a super strong grip upon the plush, and it was quite apparent that one shouldn't remove it from her sleeping arms.

Having too much fun with Toshiro he continued to use him as a puppet as he used Toshiro to walk over to the book case and retrieve a few small soft items. In his arms Toshiro carried a few multi colored feathers, a cotton ball and part of a washcloth. He created a small nest with them around his new prize and decided to let her rest. It ment he might be able to get some as well without her whining.
After the little one had been tended too he sent Toshiro down to the book case again where it seemed he slept looking at the items that were there. Releasing Toshiro from his control he layed back on the bed and spoke one word to Toshiro before going to sleep. "Rest"

As the nest was built about Ophelia, she softly sleep-mumbled something about how soft her mother's fur was. The child nestled up into the assortment of soft, but not super soft, items surrounding her. Once she was settled in, she didn't move. She would remain this way until she awoke...

Daylight did not shine upon the small house. Kojiro awoke when he felt rested enough and went to the refridgerator where he was pleased to find some blood. It was in packets used in hospitals but at least he found it was something he could sink his fangs in.
Toshiro had woken up earlier and returned to Ophilias side. She should not be here... at least not with his guardian acting so strangely. He would have tried to take her and flee but he feared the concequences of getting caught doing so... Then again Kojiro would most likely be stuck in the house not knowing his way around. Making a brave decision he grabed Ophilia and left before the vampire awoke.

Once more the child was scooped up during her sleep, and at first, she merely nuzzled into Toshiro's chest while clinging ever so tightly to Rufus. Yet sleep seemed to be escaping her, for soon her lashes began to flitter. She softly yawned, merely hinting to the serpent that she was on the verge of returning to the conscious world.

The faint tickle of her eyelashes against his chest caused him to pause from his slithering. It looked as if she were waking. He looked around him and wondered what she would think when she awoke with him in a wooded area covered in a heavy fog. A chill went down his spine as he heard a familiar voice shouting his name. His guardian must have awoken and just realized they were gone. The part that scared him the most was that he knew his guardian could take a form made of mist. He would blend in easily with the fog and no one would be able to see him.

"It's too early to wake up..." the child mumbled, burrowing her head even further into Toshiro's chest. Yet soon enough, she could not help but wake up. After all, the fog which surrounded them was so soothing and almost seemed to revitalize the small child. There wasn't as much light as before when she first became a child, but it reminded her of her first true encounter with her mother.
"...Mommy..." she uttered softly as she blinked into the crimson that was before her eyes. Her grip upon the plush became even tighter, which made it quite amazing that Rufus hadn't lost his head yet. Whoever was carrying her wasn't Mommy. She remained quiet as she was carried along, not knowing what had happened during her slumber.

Toshiro glanced behind him again then back down to the small reliquant in his arms. "Its ok Ophilia... i'm taking you home" He smiled and tried not to show how afraid he was. With a deep breath he started dashing off again towards the reliquant center.

She curled up into a tighter ball as Toshiro pointed out something she didn't know: She was not home. In a small whimper, she asked "...why is Ophelia not home...?" One of her hands let loose a grip from Rufus and instead began to cling lightly onto Toshiro's chest.

"Well... My guardian decided he wanted to bring you to his home... But I don't think you want to stay there with us so i'm bringing you back to your home" He nodded and tried to hold a smile as he heard his voice again from the fog, only this time it was closer.

"...your guardian?..." Wasn't he the one with the pale hair and golden eyes? He was a nice man from what Ophelia had gathered, but why would he want to bring her to his home?
Once more, the little dots on her forehead glittered lightly, almost seeming to react to the fog. Ophelia's little antennae twitched lightly as she merely shrank back into the serpent's arms, beginning to tremble ever so slightly.

Toshiro had ran about half way to the shop before another faint was heard. He sighed a bit in relief noticing that Kojiro really didn't know the way and had gone farther away. "We're half way there and there is no need to worry"
