(7-23-04) Entry 1:
It started out as any other day. I woke up and got cleaned off, then ran around doing my normal daily activities. Some time in the afternoon however, I decided to take a walk in the forest outside of the lodge where I live. I went to a clearing that I like to go to, and sat down on a big boulder that was right next to a stream. I reached my hand into the stream to get a little bit of water to drink, however... when I reached my hand in the water, I noticed it was abnormally warm. I looked around at the bottom of the stream, and I discovered that the source of the warmth was this strange red rock. I picked it up, and it was a gentle warm to the touch, it was very soothing to hold onto. Ever since then, I've been carrying it around with me. Lytte's friend Bliss has mentioned dreams about fire, and since then I've decided to keep the rock in warm places. It turns out that the rock is a type of Red Agate, and I have decided to name it Raife, in hopes that some day, it will evolve into a cute little child like Bliss... and maybe one day, grow into an adult.

(7-24-04) Entry 2:
I'm not sure if it's my imagination or not, however the stone seems to get a little bit warmer each day. Today I brought Raife with me everywhere I went. I don't know if he can see anything or not, since he is still just a stone, but I brought him around the lodge, so hopefully he'll know where he's going. Also I took him through the forest and down to the beach. I even brought him back to where I found him before returning to the lodge. I always keep Raife inside a pocket on the inside of my shirt so that he stays warm. I have read some mythology on the Red Agate stone, and I have become curious to see if Raife may have some sort of healing powers... however I do not wish to intentionally harm him to find out. I suppose all will be revealed in due time.

Hopefully Raife likes something I have given him to listen to, that way I can try other similar artists. (7-27-04) Entry 7: Today I have decided I would try another test too get even more insight into Raife's personality. This test is a little risky, so i have decided to do it over my bed, in case I drop him by accident. It's a simple test however, I just simply throw him up in the air a little bit to see if he likes it. Who knows, maybe he'll be some sort of daredevil. (7-27-04) Entry 9: Another easy test for Raife. From the results of the movie test, I already have an idea as to what kinds of stories he likes, however this test is more to see if he would enjoy reading or not. Reading Test Fairy Tales- Classical Literature (The kind of stuff you read in school)- Poetry- Epics (stuff like the oddessy... i don't remember if thats called an epic...)- Adventure Stories- Fantasy Stories-

(7-27-04) Entry 10:
Well, as my tenth entry I have decided to talk about the test result so far. As far as music goes, he seemed to enjoy Linkin Park, as well as fast music such as Techno (this is a key part). He seemed to be ok with J-Pop as well. In video games, he seemed to like Racing games, as well as DDR the most (also key). He was ok with games such as Dynasty Warriors and GTA as well, however that isn't so important in my research. When I threw him in the air, he seemed to like it the faster I threw him, as well as higher (key). With movies he enjoyed all of them, however became hotter during the more fast paced, action type of movies. He didn't seem to enjoy reading much, however he did seem to like Epic stories. So through examination with these tests, I believe that Raife will enjoy fast paced living, and may be a bit of a thrill seeker. I think he will be very fast himself, and maybe a little flamboyant, and attention grabbing. He liked the games he could show off his speed in (DDR) as well as the games that involved speed (Racing). He enjoyed the faster paced music, and enjoyed being thrown fast. This is what my testing has brought me to believe my friend will be like when he grows up. I have decided that shortly I will put Raife in some fire, to see what type of reaction that has on him, and hopefully it all turns out well.

(7-27-04) Entry 11: After much contemplating, and pacing... I have decided to try putting Raife in fire. I am worried about this test, I worry that he may get hurt, however judging by his warmth reactions, and Bliss' comment... I have full confidence that he will be ok. Fire Test I carefully placed Raife in fire to see what reaction it might have.

It has been a while since I have updated my Journal on Raife. After placing the stone in fire, all that remained was a small boy. Raife had finally grown into a child. I have been spending the past 2 weeks with Raife in the Restful Relic, where Raife has met several new friends: Bliss, Hoshiko, and Miori. Raife is a very rambunctious child, who enjoys wreaking havoc... mainly on myself..... sweatdrop He isn't necessarily the brightest child ever, but he has enough common sense to survive. Also, Raife seems to be quite quick... which is somewhat scary since he is still only a child... I suppose we shall see what this leads to at his older stages... Anyway, that is my update for now; more to come later.

After spending more time with Raife... It has become quite obvious that he seems to like the company of females.... He is quite the little rascal normally... however when there is a female around, he seems to be even worse than normal... It seems he likes the attention from them more than from others. Again, the fact that he is already like this in his child form... is somewhat scary, and I hope that when he becomes older... if this tags along with his personality... he at least does it with a little more class. He likes attention from any, and all females... Reliquient and Human alike... at this rate... he may make me a little jeleous haha... He seems to enjoy teasing me for the attention of females, however he still seems to listen to me whenever I tell him to do something which I do find quite odd... I hope that he only does this with me, because some day he may pick a fight with the wrong person... I will have to keep his attitude under check... and make sure he doesn't get himself into.... too much... trouble.
