Quiz of the week
((I will put up 2 of each if I have fallen behind for more than a month, otherwise it is only 1 of each))
Here I will put up a quiz of the week with permission of Lytte. Every week a new quiz to raise a reliquiants status. You will pm me the answer quoting the question(s) so I may determine the winners. You may answer as many questions as you want to get a better chance of winning. I will leave up the unanswered questions for the next round until they have been answered. After I find out the winners I will pm Lytte who will change the status in your journal. I will post up the winner and the answers after the prize has been given. Here are the different tests;(see bottom of 'quiz of the week' for how rewards are given)
BEWARE! SOME QUESTIONS MAY BE REALLY LONG! Or THERE MAYBE MULTIPLE QUESTIONS FOR EACH RANKED QUESTION! NTM YOU MAY ONLY ANSWER ONE QUESTION!!((If there are multiple questions for each level))
YOU MAY ONLY PARTICIAPATE IF YOUR RELIQUIANT IS NOT A STONE! DO NOT PM ME WITH AN ANSWER OR A DRAWN PIC (for charisma) IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CHILD(or older) RELIQUIANT! AND IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE RELIQUIANTS, TELL ME WHICH ONE YOU WANT THE STAT RAISED FOR!!
-Intelligence- Info-To raise your reliquiants intelligence, you will have to answer 1 of the 3 questions given. There will be 1 easy, 1 medium and 1 hard ranked question. Points are given as shown: easy+1 medium+2 hard+3
questions ----------------------------------------- easy= Sylvia the checkout girl is trying to solve a word game of the tabloids. It reads, Loops is to spool as drawer is to contents, reward, or bureau. What is the correct answer?
Solved by: ~none~
medium= Buzzy showed up for work on Monday only to discover that his delivery truck was in the shop for maintenance. He was told it would be ready two days after the day before the day after tomorrow. On what day can Buzzy expect the truck to be back on the road?
Solved by: LC for Fiona Answer: The Truck will be ready Thursday
hard= Clarence would like to share his newest riddle with you. The day before two days after the day before tomorrow is Monday, he confides. What day is it today?
Solved by: Zabec for Tocaz answer:I love riddles... so for another 3 points that smart a** Tocaz with tell you the answer to the hard int quiz! ya ya.. the answer is.... SUNDAY.... cuz the real question is what day is today... and near the end it tells you tomarrow is monday... the rest of the mess was to throw any fool off track.. I'm too smart for that....
-Speed- Info-I will place a small pic of something on the site that you will have to find. You will either tell me what the picture is or give me the full picture of what the piece came from. The winner will recieve +3 in speed.
questions ----------------------------------------- Where is this image from?
Solved by: ~none~
-Charisma- Info-Here, an outline of a picture will be put up for you to color in the best you can. Send your picture to me, than I will send it to Lytte when ready. ^-^ The prize is points depending on how well you did. whee If you just use the bucket to fill in, the prize will now only be 1 point since that is WAY too easy! If you have some shadows, you get 2 points. If you go all out you get 3 points AND a plushie/doll from my little shop!
questions -----------------------------------------
((This one was drawn by me! 4laugh )) Colored by: Lord Changeling For Fiona http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v380/LChangeling/Fiona/LCdoll.png
-Dexterity- Info-no quiz yet
questions ----------------------------------------- none
-Strength- Info-no quiz yet
questions ----------------------------------------- none
----------------------------------------- Description of how winners will be chosen: Here it is, whoever answers first gets the points so in other words: 'first come, first served!'. You can only win one prize a week! This is to give others a chance to get something.
example: (this is a choice of winners between me(Aqua) and Lytte.)
Ok, say Lytte answers all three questions perfectly before anyone else. She would recieve +3 for intelligence since it was the highest prize out of the 3 questions she did. Then Aqua answered all three of them correctly, since the highest prize has already been taken by Lytte, Aqua would get the next prize down which is +2 intelligence. That means no one can win the hard or medium prizes. After this, they cannot enter for anymore prizes until the new questions are up.
Have fun! ^-^ *snickers knowing all the answers* Wow, isn't this post long and colorful? 4laugh

One day a blonde is sitting on a plane next to one of those annoying, pushy businessmen. He asks her if she would like to play a game. She politely declines, but the man explains the game to her anyway. He says, "It goes like this: I will ask you a question and if you get it wrong you will give me $5, and vice-versa." She says no again, and tries to fall asleep. The man tries harder, saying, "Aw, come on. I'll give you $50 for each question. Or how about $500?" At that number, the blonde agrees. The businessman explains again, "If you get my question wrong you give me $5. And when you ask the question, and I get it wrong, I will pay you $500. "Got it," she replies. He asks, "Who was the sixth president?" She admits she doesn't know and gives him $5. Now it's her turn, and she says, "What has purple legs, five arms and only two yellow teeth?" The businessman doesn't know - he uses his laptop, checks the Internet, e-mails his friends. No one knows the answer. So he gives her $500.00. Then, as they're landing he asks her, "What was that thing anyway?" She thinks a few minutes, hands him $5 and walks off the plane.
A blonde is driving along a deserted country road with fields on either side. She looks out the window and sees another blonde in the middle of a field, in a rowboat, rowing and rowing. She stops the car, rolls down the window and yells, "You know it's blondes like you who give the rest of us blondes a bad name!" Getting no reaction from the blonde in the rowboat, she screams, "If I could swim I'd come out there and punch you out!"
A ventriloquist is sitting onstage at a comedy club. He and his dummy are spurting out really crude blonde jokes, when a blonde lady sitting in the audience stands up. "I'm so sick of you people who think blondes are stupid. It's because of you that I have had to try harder to prove myself at work and in the community. There are just as many dumb people with red or brown hair. There are just as many smart people with blonde hair." "Gosh, Miss, I'm terribly sorry. I was just telling jokes, I didn't mean to hurt your feelings." "Shut up! I'm not talking to you. I'm talking to that little jerk on your lap!"
Below are four (4) questions. You have to answer them instantly.
You can't take your time, answer all of them immediately.
OK? Let's find out just how clever you really are.
Ready? GO!!! (scroll down)
First Question: You are participating in a race. You overtake the second person. What position are you in?
Answer: If you answer that you are first, then you are absolutely wrong! If you overtake the second person and you take his place, you are second!
Try not to screw up in the next question.
To answer the second question, don't take as much time as you took for the first question.
Second Question: If you overtake the last person, then you are...?
Answer: If you answered that you are second to last, then you are wrong again. Tell me, how can you overtake the LAST person?!
You're not very good at this are you?
Third Question: Very tricky math! Note: This must be done in your head only. Do NOT use paper and pencil or a calculator. Try it.
Take 1000 and add 40 to it. Now add another 1000. Now add 30. Add another 1000. Now add 20. Now add another 1000. Now add 10.
What is the total? Scroll down for answer..
Did you get 5000? The correct answer is actually 4100. Don't believe it? Check with your calculator!
Today is definitely not your day. Maybe you will get the last question right?
Mary's father has five daughters: 1. Nana, 2. Nene, 3. Nini, 4. Nono. What is the name of the fifth daughter?
Answer: Nunu? NO! Of course not. Her name is Mary. Read the question again.
